Contains the following materials:
GaAs, AlAs, InAs, Al_xGa_1-xAs, In_xGa_1-xAs, In_xAl_1-xAs, Al_xGa_yIn_1-x-yAs, GaN_zAs_1-z, In_xGa_1-xN_zAs_1-z with x, y between 0.0 and 1.0, z between 0.0 and 0.2.
