Does this version of SimuLase_Designer, AlInGaPAs-Version, Single User License allow to calculate gain / absorption profile for an MQW structure for different carrier concentration , bias, temperature? Is this included? Thank you
The SimuLase_Designer software does not include microscopic many-body models required to calculate the optical spectra and/or carrier losses. For this, you would need the full SimuLase license. Let me know if you would like any information on the SimuLase software.
